substantial holding
Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure: On 21
October 2016, Bapcor Finance Pty Ltd ("Bapcor") made a takeover offer for all
of the ordinary shares in Hellaby, and on 26 October 2016 Castle accepted
into the Offer.
On 20 January 2017 Castle transferred 26,576,639 shares to Bapcor. The
consideration received under the Offer was $3.60 per share.
