In accordance with NZX Main Board Listing Rule 10.6.1(f), Sealegs Corporation
Limited would like to advise that it proposes to change its name from
"Sealegs Corporation Limited" to "Future Mobility Solutions Limited", with
effect from 31 January 2017. Sealegs'' ticker code will change to FMS with
effect from 31 January 2017 also.
