On 30 November 2016 Vital Healthcare Property Trust (Vital) transitioned to
the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (FMCA). Vital Healthcare Management
Limited the manager of Vital wishes to notify unitholders that pursuant to
clause 30 of Schedule 4 of the FMCA, the Trust Deed of Vital has been amended
to meet the requirements of the FMCA. (A copy of the letter being sent to
unitholders is attached).
