Trade Me converts to foreign exempt issuer on ASX
Trade Me Group Limited (TME) confirms that with effect from commencement of
trading on 14 December 2016, its ASX admission category will convert from a
standard listing to a Foreign Exempt Listing.
The change means that TME will primarily be regulated by its home exchange,
NZX, and is exempt from complying with most of ASX''s Listing Rules.
TME will continue to have a full listing on the NZX Main Board and will
continue to be listed on the ASX. The change in admission category does not
have any effect on shareholders'' ability to trade their shares on the ASX,
and TME''s ASX ticker code will remain the same.
