The Board of NZ Windfarms Limited issue the following statement in relation
to its board composition. The board now comprises
- Rodger Kerr-Newell. Chairman. Independent director.
- Stuart Bauld. Deputy Chairman and Acting CEO. Mr Bauld cannot be an
independent director so long as he is Acting CEO.
- John Southworth. Non-independent director
- Sean Joyce. Independent director.
