Appointment of Sean Joyce to fill a casual vacancy
Sean Joyce has been appointed as a director of the Company by the Board of
Directors to fill a casual vacancy.
The Company is required to appoint an additional independent director to the
Board in order to ensure that the Company complies with the NZX Main Board
Listing Rules which requires that the Company have two independent directors.
The Board considers the Mr Kerr-Newell and Mr Joyce are both independent
directors of the Company (as that term is defined by the Listing Rules).
Mr Joyce will be remain a director of the Company until such time as the role
of Commercial Director is filled allowing Mr Stuart Bauld to regain his
status as an independent director.
