POLL RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
NZ Windfarms Limited ("NWF") advises the results of resolutions from the
Shareholders Annual Meeting held in Palmerston North on Tuesday 29 November
2016.
As previously advised, Thomas Cameron withdrew his application to be
appointed as a Director. Consequently Resolution 3 in the Notice of Meeting
was not put to the meeting.
The results of the polls held on the remaining resolutions were
1 That Rodger Kerr-Newell be elected as a Director - Carried
2 That Stuart Bauld be elected as a Director - Carried
4 That John Southworth be elected as a Director - Carried
5 That the Board be authorised to fix the auditor''s fees and expenses for the
financial year ending 30 June 2017 - Carried
6 Issue up to 23,000,000 Options for Senior Executives and Directors -
Carried
