On 19 October 2016 AWF announced that a Sale and Purchase agreement, entered
into with Absolute IT, was conditional upon AWF Madison satisfying itself as
to certain Absolute IT business-related matters, arising as a result of the
transaction.
The transaction with Absolute IT went unconditional today, and AWF CEO Simon
Bennett said "We are thrilled at having Absolute IT in the Group and we look
forward to the enhancement this acquisition brings to our capabilities".
