On 16 September a raw milk silo collapsed at Fonterra''s Edendale site in
Southland. The silo was designed, built and erected by MGL in May 2009. The
investigations into the cause of the collapse are continuing and MGL is
working with Fonterra and other parties to determine the cause. We will
update the market if or when there is a material outcome relating to the
incident.
