the New Zealand Mid Cap (MDZ) as at 26 September 2016.

The objective of the NZ Mid Cap (MDZ) fund is to provide a return that
closely matches the return on the S&P/NZX Mid Cap Index. The S&P/NZX Mid Cap
Index comprises the constituents of the S&P/NZX 50 Index, excluding those
included in the S&P/NZX 10 index and non-New Zealand companies.
Please note Basket applications and redemptions will be unavailable from
Thursday 15 September to Thursday 29 September. Basket applications and
redemptions will resume on Friday 30 September.
