AUGUSTA ACQUIRES STAKE IN NPT LIMITED
Augusta Capital has agreed to buy 15 million shares in NPT Limited from the
Accident Compensation Corporation for 73 cents per share, a total purchase
price of $10,950,000. This will give Augusta a 9.26% stake in NPT.
Augusta saw value in acquiring a cornerstone stake in NPT that became
available. Settlement of the transaction will occur on 30 September 2016.
