BFW advises results of resolutions at Annual Meeting
15th September 2016 - Burger Fuel Worldwide Limited wishes to advise the
market of the outcome of the resolutions put to its Annual Meeting today.
Resolution 1 - Ordinary Resolution
To re-elect Alan Dunn as a Director
Result: Passed by a show of hands.
Resolution 2 - Ordinary Resolution
To re-elect John Pfannenbecker as a Director
Result: Passed by a show of hands
Resolution 3 - Ordinary Resolution
To record the re-appointment of Staples Rodway as the Company''s auditors and
to consider if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an ordinary
resolution: "That the Company''s Board of Directors be authorised to fix the
auditors'' remuneration for the ensuing year".
Result: Passed by a show of hands.
