shareholders will be held at the Level 4 Lounge, South Stand, Eden Park,
Reimers Avenue, Auckland at 10 am on Tuesday, 22nd November 2016.
Cavalier Corporation also advises, pursuant to LR 3.3.5, that the closing
date for nominations to the Board of Directors is Friday, 23rd September 2016
(being a date not more than two months before the date set for the annual
meeting).
