consideration of $0.01 per share, being a total consideration of $15,000.
(ii) Off-market transfer of 9,649,122 ordinary shares in Blis Technologies
Limited by Asia Pacific Partners Limited to Mai Chen, John Alexander Sinclair
and PCP Trustees Limited (jointly) on 19 August 2016 in consideration of the
transfer of 667 ordinary shares in APPL Investment Partnership Limited.
