NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that Pyne Gould Corporation Limited ("PGC")
has now provided to NZX its Half Year Report which, under NZX Main Board
Listing Rule 10.3.1 (b), was due to be announced to NZX on or before Tuesday,
29 February 2016.
NZXR advises that the PGC suspension will be lifted and trading in PGC
ordinary shares will resume at market open Monday, 13 June 2016.
