Cavalier Corporation advises that Godfrey Hirst''s High Court appeal opposing
the merger of the wool scouring subsidiaries of New Zealand Wool Services
International and Cavalier Corporation''s 50%-owned Cavalier Wool Holdings
(CWH) has been dismissed.
A public version of the judgement is pending.
The shareholders of CWH are pleased with the decision and look forward to
proceeding with the merger as planned.
