As disclosed in its disclosure of 23 May 2016, the SF No. 2 Trust reached an
understanding with Scott Eric Wright, Alison McRae Wright and David Pitfield
as trustees of the Scott and Alison Wright Family Trust ("Wright Trust") that
the SF No. 2 Trust would acquire all of the shares in Healthcare Industry
Limited ("HIL") held by the Wright Trust. This acquisition completed on 24
May 2016 and SF No. 2 Trust is now the holder of 36% of the shares in HIL.
HIL has a relevant interest in 19.10% of ABA''s ordinary shares.
