Issue of equity
On 4 July 2013 F&C Global Smaller Companies PLC ("the Company") allotted
25,000 ordinary shares of 25p each from the Company''s general corporate
purposes blocklisting facility at a price of 779.75p per share. The shares
will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue and dealings are
expected to commence on 9 July 2013.
Following this allotment, the Company has the ability to issue 393,937
ordinary shares under its shareholder authority and blocklisting facility.
As a result of this allotment, the total number of ordinary shares in issue
will stand at 45,908,102 and the total number of voting rights in the Company
is 45,908,102. There are no shares held in treasury.
The above figure (45,908,102) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under
the Financial Conduct Authority''s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
