The Board of Directors of GuocoLeisure Limited (the "Company") wishes to
announce the resignation of Ms Jeanette Ling Hsieh-Lin as Group Legal
Counsel/Group Company Secretary with effect from 2 May 2013. Ms Susan Lim
Geok Mui will be appointed as Group Legal Counsel/Group Company Secretary on
2 May 2013.
