15 February 2013 - Further to the announcement on 28 September 2012 of the
appointment of Therese Walsh as an NZX Director, effective 1 February 2013,
NZX Limited ("NZX") advises, pursuant to NZSX Listing Rule ("Rule") 3.3.3(b),
that the board of directors have determined Therese Walsh to be an
Independent Director of NZX, as that term is defined in the Rules.
