Notice of dominant ownership under Rule 51 of the Takeovers Code in relation
to the full takeover offer in respect of New Zealand Experience Limited
We refer to the takeover offer by Rangatira Limited (Rangatira) to purchase
all the ordinary shares in New Zealand Experience Limited (NZE) dated 17
December 2012 (Offer).
As at the date of this notice, and as a result of acceptances of the Offer,
Rangatira holds or controls 90% or more of the voting rights in NZE. In
accordance with Rule 51 of the Takeovers Code, Rangatira gives notice that it
has become the dominant owner of NZE.
