Change of Directors
Orion Minerals Group Limited ("OMG") advises that:
- Mr Jianfeng Shen has resigned as a director of OMG; and
- Ms Yanyi Shi has been appointed as a director of the Company by the Board
of Directors to fill the casual vacancy left by the resignation of Mr Shen.
- Ms Yanyi Shi, graduated from NANJING UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY in 2007 where
she majored in Industrial Engineering. Post graduation she has worked
primarily in the international transport sector. She is currently working for
Marvel Fantasy Limited, a shareholder of OMG.
