Advice pursuant to New Zealand Exchange Listing Rule 7.12.1
Pursuant to NZSX Listing Rule 7.12.1, Cavalier Corporation Limited advises
that 820,000 rights that were issued on 23 November 2006 to selected senior
executives pursuant to the Cavalier Corporation Ltd 2000 Executive Share
Rights Plan ("Plan") have lapsed.
Following the lapsing of these share rights, the Company has a total of
68,263,857 Ordinary shares and 2,520,000 share rights on issue.
Details of the Plan and the rights on issue to 30 June 2012 can be found on
page 57 of the 2012 Annual Report (note 19 of the financial statements for
the year ended 30 June 2012).
