IRG Annual Meeting
Investment Research Group (IRG) held its annual meeting in Auckland today.
The presentation, the Chairman''s Speech and Managing Director''s speech are
attached.
There were four resolutions, all four resolutions were carried.
After the settlement of the contract for the sale of residual assets the
Company will become a shell. The Chairman of IRG Mr. Marvin Yee said, "We
are actively seeking companies who may wish to list on NZAX. We are
currently talking to a number of parties and will advise when progress is
made."
There were questions from the floor regarding timing of an announcement and
whether additional capital would be required. The Managing Director, Mr.
Brent King advised there is no time limit on when a purchase may be made, nor
whether capital would be required.
Mr. Yee announced that the refinance by parties associated with the Bugo
family would be completed within days and he thanked GA Sego and the Bugo
family for their significant support both financially and at board level.
