Nuplex Completes Viverso Acquisition
Nuplex Industries today announced that it has completed the acquisition of
Viverso GmbH (Viverso), its related operations and product groups from Bayer
MaterialScience (BMS).
Nuplex CEO, Emery Severin said: "Through expanding our product portfolio,
providing direct access to the German industrial market as well as greater
access to the growing markets in eastern and central Europe, Viverso is a
very attractive addition to our business.
"We are delighted to be able to fully integrate Viverso into our group and
are looking forward to working with the management team and employees to take
advantage of the opportunities that will arise from the integration of
Viverso into our European operations."
