Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure under the
instructions to this form: On 5 March 2010 a substantial security holder
notice was filed by Rebecca Anne Vandepeer, Scott Ryerson Gardiner, Mark
Warren Gardiner, Kristin Anne Blakely-Kozman and Lindsay Jean Blakely under a
preponderance of caution in respect of the possibility of an agreement
between these shareholders relating to their respective shareholdings in
Ryman Healthcare Limited. No agreement has been concluded and these
shareholders have determined to cease any discussions between them relating
to entering into any such agreement. Accordingly, each such shareholder does
not have a relevant interest in the shares held by the other shareholders
listed above, and therefore is not a substantial security holder of Ryman
Healthcare Limited ordinary shares.
Additional information
Nature of connection between substantial security holders: An SSN was
previously filed in anticipation of an undocumented and informal arrangement
between Rebecca Anne Vandepeer, Scott Ryerson Gardiner, Mark Warren Gardiner,
Kristin Anne Blakely-Kozman and Lindsay Jean Blakely but, as stated above, no
such agreement was concluded.
