Mykco Limited (MYK) the NZAX listed shell company advises that it has been
issued 100,000 ordinary shares in Corporate Holdings Limited (CHL). The
shares in CHL were issued to MYK by way of conversion of a non-recourse loan
MYK made to CHL and which was announced to the market on 31 March 2017. CHL
has acquired all the shares in General Finance Limited. MYK has the first
right of refusal to make a scrip for scrip purchase for all the shares in CHL
it does not own. Any such acquisition is to be made based on a value for
each ordinary share in CHL of $1.00 and the net tangible assets of MYK at a
date no later than 31 March 2017.
